PCV20 Programmable signal converter
PCV20 C-mac® converter
A flexible multifunctional converter from Comadan, with many options
You can quickly create your own functionality exactly for the task at hand.
Simply plug in your PC and configure the inputs and outputs you need
The wide target range and the ability to easily define inputs and outputs allow for both traditional and
more unconventional use of a signal converter
- Automtion – Traditional signal converter
- Solar panel – Measurement of large currents AC and DC
- Renewable energy – Voltages from mV to kV
Industry – Pulse converter 10kHz
PCV20 has its use in e.g. renewable energy (renewable energy), including solar PV systems or wind turbine projects where there is a need to measure the large currents, the high voltages or pulse data from a speed sensor and then convert the measurements into more manageable signals that can be used in control and management systems.
Only your imagination sets the limit for where and what the PCV20 can be used for.
Inspiration for application
AC/DC current
PCV20 combined with a current measuring transformer (AC) or a measuring shunt for DC measurement,
even large currents can be measured and converted to an analog signal of e.g. 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC.
Pulse converter
PCV20 combined with an inductive sensor, you can measure pulses and get the speed as a 4-20 mA signal,
or alternatively as a pulse with a different frequency.
Voltages AC/DC
PCV20 can be used for direct measurement of 1500 VDC or 1000 VAC and the measurement is converted to analog signal of e.g. 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC
