A recognition and proof that we as a workplace continue to live up to our CSR certificate,
which we were awarded in 2017 by Randers Municipality
The CSR certificate recognizes local workplaces that make a special effort to ensure a more diverse labor market, where everyone has the opportunity to contribute according to their ability. This can be through expanded educational responsibility for vulnerable young people, jobs and development opportunities for the unemployed with compassionate reasons or physical and mental challenges. It can also be a particularly focused effort to retain sick and vulnerable employees.
